DESCRIPTION
Golf was introduced here when the club was founded in 1922. Originally designed by Scotsman Tom Bendelow, who remains the architect of record, the course has no doubt continued to evolve over its nearly 100 years of use.
Today, the club is owned by long-time member, Mr. Shad Khan. Under Khan's direction, the club continues to evolve - a unique blend of old and new. While embracing its deep, historical roots and traditions, Urbana Country Club is also advancing into the modern age of service offerings and distinguishing, private club experiences and is set on being recognized among the finest private club experiences Illinois and throughout the Midwest.
