For a priveleged few, approaching a renovation project is more of a one-time, "rip off the band-aid", get it over with event. But for most, including some of the most capable clubs, the realities of the investment commitment and the loss of open play and revenues are too much to absorb. In such cases, course renovation work and infrastructure replacements must be executed strategically, in phases, over time.
